Presented by RISINGTIDE, we invite you and your team to attend this free 2 hour workshop. This free workshop is designed to help you overview of the Enneagram, participants will gain foundational knowledge of the Enneagram types and how to use this knowledge personally and professionally. The Enneagram is a map for self-discovery, understanding, and growth based off of nine different personality types. This workshop will guide you on the journey of discovering your own Enneagram number by looking at the the different components of each number. By discovering the lens by which you see the world, you will be better equipped to interact with others and form more meaningful relationships.

Why is it that we get along so well with some people, but are more easily frustrated by others? Why do we get into disagreements with those around us, or struggle to understand our friends, family, and coworkers at times?

The enneagram is a helpful tool that can help us better understand the root causes of some of these struggles. Through the lens of the enneagram, you will discover 9 main personality types that are all motivated in life very differently — and even think, feel, or make decisions differently!

In this workshop, we’ll deep dive into each of the 9 types, find out which type resonates most with you, and learn from each other in a small group setting.
