Presented by RISINGTIDE, we invite you and your team to attend this free 2 hour workshop. This free workshop is designed to help individuals to identify one’s high-contribution zone in the context of how you think and relate to risk, change, variables, logic, ambiguity, and opportunity.
Where do you make your greatest contribution?
This tool is about how we’re hard-wired in our thinking. We have a hard-wired “high-contribution zone”, and there’s no right or wrong here. We can then measure this zone against where we are living today, which helps us to understand how aligned or disconnected we are to our sweet spot.
What happens when we operate outside our natural wavelength? We experience stress and internal discomfort, and easily become frustrated or bored (e.g., a natural abstract thinker working a job where she continually deals with a lot of details). This leads to both lower external performance and internal satisfaction.
If you understand your Thinking Wavelength you can save yourself a lot of grief and frustration as well as relate and to and understand others much better.
This simple assessment is a great tool you can use to evaluate your personality and gifting and see how it relates to your fit in the world.
This is a free event, but RSVP is required. Light lunch will be served.
